Prior to joining the firm, Kristina clerked for the Honorable Stephen M. McNamee for the United States District Court for the District of Arizona, where she drafted court orders, in collaboration with the Judge, and advised the Judge on complex legal issues in addition to novel legal issues of first impression.
As a law student, Kristina served as a student advocate in the Veterans’ Advocacy Law Clinic, where she represented veterans as a Rule 38(d) certified student in a collaborative courtroom at the Arizona Regional Municipalities Veterans’ Treatment Court at Tucson City Court and the Pima County Justice Court Veterans’ Court. Kristina also served as a Rule 38(d) certified student in the Arizona Attorney General’s Clinic, where she litigated a felony jury trial and obtained a guilty verdict on all counts that went to the jury. Kristina further served as an Articles Editor for the Arizona Law Review, where she published a student Note titled: A Best Practices Guide to Help Practitioners Avoid a Court Order for Cost Shifting.
Kristina is an Arizona native. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cheering on Arizona sports teams, and traveling.
