Kelly is a Certified Correctional Health Professional with over 18 years of experience in government civil litigation, health care law, and nonprofit legal representation. She received her bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Illinois State University and her master’s degree in education from Pacific University of Oregon and earned her paralegal certificate from the University of Arizona in 2000. In her free time, Kelly enjoys hiking, running, yoga, and dance.
