In the first week of May, attorneys Daniel Struck and Rachel Love presented at the 2018 Training Conference for the North American Association of Wardens & Superintendents (NAAWS).  Proactive litigation defense and evidence preservation strategies for high exposure and costly lawsuits  was the focus of “Legal Liability and Evidence Preservation”.  The second dynamic session,  “When The ACLU Comes Knocking,” discussed current trends, impacts and proactive defense strategies  in the face of class action lawsuits by inmate advocacy groups.
